He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Did a complete drivetrain swap on my 08 vortecmax (l76/4l70e-l92/6l80e) and ran into a module correlation issue couldn’t pinpoint the issue with my tools and my only choice was to start replacing modules decided to take it into a better equipped shop to have them pinpoint the issue for me I took the truck to two different shops/tuners before hand wasting cash/time, the truck was down for 8 months CCMR went above and beyond to help get it back on the road quickly very pleased with CCMRs knowledge
