March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

Great service! Very friendly and professional. I was able to boom the time and date that worked best for me. It wasn't a large service time window like other companies. It was a specific time and the technician called the day before and the day of to confirm. Only took 30 minutes to re-key all four locks on my home. I highly recommend this company.

I have used these guys multiple times & only once did I end up w/the wrong part & it's not a wonder when that phone doesn't stop ringing cpl'd with the continuous flow of customers walking through the door. Their yard guys are great, the desk guys' knowledge is over the roof, & they go the extra mile to make sure you leave a satisfied customer.

Dr. Gaur has always offered me options that provide quality health care first and that also meet my budget. Jay fixed and did a set-up on my Epiphone Casino (a re-make of the Gibson John Lennon Casino, seen in the Beatles' rooftop concert) and I got it back today. It had some tuning issues, bridge problems and the intonation was a bit off, but now it plays like a dream! I am happy I live so close to this awesome shop in Calgary downtown and I highly recommend them for friendly service and professional guitar expertise.
