Woke up Sunday morning with my pump running and alarm going off and water in my basement. Called and was told that Chad was at another call and would be at my place asap. Within an hour he was here and had me pumped out and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Heritage is definitely my goto from now on.

Having the online forms were very helpful, and easy to fill out. All of my questions were answered once we were home. During this difficult time, I am glad we were able to have their help. Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.
The storage is clean and security is great.

What a wonderful shop! I bought a somewhat unusual bike at another popular local bike shop, but when it started having problems they were at a loss. David at Natural Cycle fixed it quickly (and cheaply!) despite never having seen a bike like it . . . and enthusiastically thanked me for letting him have a chance to learn about something new. They invited me back behind the counter as they worked, displaying their conviction that "it's your bike, you should know as much as you can about it". It's clear that every type of rider will get respect here, not just weekend spandex types . . . commuters are not second class citizens here. I will go only to Natural Cycle in the future!

Just got my car back from the shop and an very pleased with the job they did on the front end of my Suzuki. Took a little longer than I would have liked but he was able to source all the parts needed which is hard to the given the fact they havent sold any Suzukis in Canada for 7 years. Paint job was excellent and matched perfectly. Panels lined up as new.
