One of the best costumer service in this grocery store. I shop here more then 20 years, and my experience is outstanding. The staff is very helpful, friendly and often asking did I find everything what I was looking for. If I was looking for something what they didn't have on stock, they were eager to give me the information when will the item arrive to the store.I can always find the freshest vegetables and meat products and the prices are comparable with other stores.

I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful
Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

I also had the signature Mr. Mozzarella pizza and I have to tell you this place knows how to make a fantastic pizza!

Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.
