Sean was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His background as an engineer and his years operating in the city have given him firsthand knowledge of literally almost every building in that we inquired on. Although my wife and I were eager to complete on several apartments, and Sean could surely have converted us into a quick sale, he preached patience and talked us back from the brink of making a couple offers we would have come to regret. I would highly recommend Sean!

My car was towed last night and I called them last night and went to the tow yard but nobody answered phoned and nobody was at yard. I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

This Cosmetics Department is the best on the island. The ladies are amazing. They really listened to what I had to say and helped me to pick out exactly what I needed. Debbie helped me today but all of the ladies are great. Super Staff. I love shopping here.

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.

I just searched on-line for my Jewelry store. I am so surprised that more comments are not here. I have shopped and bought from Sonny for 17 years. Being too frugal, at times, I have wasted my time searching elsewhere. When it is important and special, I always go to Sonny.
*As a side-bar; Sonny offered to help my friend who dabbles in Hobby Jewelry ... Who does that?

This is such an amazing gym! The instructors for group exercise classes are top of the line. I enjoy their Zumba classes and yoga classes. The studio is super spacious! The gym is huge and very clean. I love their modern equipment such as the power racks, reverse hyper, and cable machines! They have plenty of equipment, it's never crowded and I like how clean it is and they have the most professional gym equipment like the hammer strength area, and their cardio machines. Precision cut at a great price!
I now live in Vancouver but have been following Mark from White Rock to Burnaby for a great cut. I am a Japanese and have a rather coarse set of short hair. Mark is so careful and precise, I don't mind driving 40 minutes to get a great haircut @ $10 senior rate.

i am a nurse who works in hospital full time. i definitely need rmt, a good one for long run and i recommend this clinic to everyone. i walked into this clinic cuz i live very nearby and I've been going at least once a week. the rmt's skills are outstanding. 2 years later i was under treatment for my gastroenteritis and i saw the herbalist in the same clinic as well (cuz i live closely). i received treatment and my stomach was treated after one month. i was on very heavy dose of antibiotics and it totally destroyed my normal flora. therefore i was following with the herbalist and have been following for one year. i do hot yoga at least 4 times a week it helps my body when i receive my massage. This clinic helped me great deal physically. 5 stars!

Excellent dim sum. Limited menu though.
The pan fried chow fun noodles were excellent. We had them put some XO (chinese) sauce and kick up the spice and they came out this delicious mix of yum!
While the rest of what we had was fine, none of it really stood out. We did come back twice to buy some noodles to go and picnic'd in the park with them.

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why.
