While the initial experience was poor, Mr Handyman has bent over backwards to fix and remedy the situation. They have since come by and made good on repairs and made good on my poor experience. Not often contractors care about their reputation, but Mr Handyman obviously does.... I will call again going forward.

We were looking for a garage package in the spring and had spoken with Metal Pro.
Loved that they kept in touch and let us know about a deal months later. (We had called other firms that took a long time to get back to us.)

My daughter was a student of Maestro Music Centre for many years. We were extremely pleased with our experience with Aleksandra and Oliver. They are extremely talented, well educated and have developed a wonderful rapport with our daughter. Because of their teaching and guidance, she has taken several RCM exams, performed in several concerts and participated in performances at “Music in the Mall”. I had such a great experience with Myo. She gave me an absolutely perfect shellac pedicure and manicure; very even, and very clean around the cutical. I have zero complaints - and I am super picky!

not sure why there are negative comments about this company but personally had a great experience. everyone will say negative things. Who cares if they suggest there own shop and rental company its there job haha I'm sure if you guys owned a company you would do the same. and as for over charging or making up fees who cares that's why you have insurance!! the price you pay for insurance rates I would hope they would pay when the tables have turned. regardless they were professional and kind!!
