Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! I have been dealing with Roland at Rust Check for many years. He is also an amazing mechanic and can fix any car. He is also honest and very kind. He genuinely likes to help people and has helped me on many occasions. My car overheated in Port Perry and CAA had it towed for me all the way from Port to Scarborough and the tow truck driver even knew Roland from their younger days.
