I took my car in after purchase as it seemed the wheel balance was off. When I picked it up they were quick and honest about a small scratch they put in the rim while balancing. Very happy they were up front about it

Absolutely love coming here! Just moved from Manitoba, they did my out of province inspection, oil change a month later and the my tire blew and they saved my day!! I've had many vehicles repaired there over the years and seen many others. If you want a spanky office and cute receptionist, go elsewhere, but these guys are the real deal: still do restorations, while the bulk of their work is insurance. Never had a problem with the work done or had to take anything back.
Paul is a nice guy who likes to help people out.

As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.
