I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.

My prenatal and postnatal massage experiences here were wonderful! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Recently had a manicure and it was great - really had the relaxing feeling of the spa :)

I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! I highly recommend these guys for repair work - you'll be very happy with the result!

Yaron at Seikinesis is a brilliant and gifted practitioner who has done more for my health and well-being than I could have dreamed possible. Yaron is the first practitioner who has been able to address my chronic headaches, and constricted neck, shoulder and back, which were caused by years of working at a desk and an old whiplash injury.
