Travis took the time to explain important to information about line location to me. This was not done when I called several other places before speaking to him. He was able to do our line location in a rush before the long weekend so we could work on our project over the weekend. His prices were more reasonable than any other place we called. Wonderful customer service at a great rate!

I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. I had the 111 Skin facial with Kaden and it was so blissfully relaxing, I wasn���t entirely confident I should have driven home because I was THAT relaxed lol. Sherbrooke has hundreds of specialty craft beers, something for every palate, and takes pride in promoting Alberta micro-brewers. Local, local, local. Also they are tremendously community-involved, always willing to help out a charity or non-profit endeavour. Can't lose with these guys.
