My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. This is my second visit to Splice's new S Burger addition. I first heard of it when I saw a Wagjag. Although I was hesitant at first, I figured that every joint is at least worth a try. I was expecting rather mediocre food given that the venue's primary face is a nightclub. I think this is the same reason why they are not getting the number of patrons they deserve. The food was surprisingly good. Excellent burger & fries served with a pleasantly garlicy aioli, and the organic wings with housemade sauces were quite good as well. The service is hit or miss depending on who you get (the dark haired girl was very attentive and accommodating).
If you haven't tried out Splice since the addition of S Burger, I would highly recommend it. Quality ingredients & good service. Just don't order the coffee...
