I often make my way into Brilliant Gold, most times to purchase something when birthdays or Christmas nears, sometimes just to say hi. The staff that I have come to know over many years at Brilliant Gold have always been welcoming, friendly and provided me with great service. I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well.
