These guys had to deliver bad news to me. The repairs we worked on didn’t solve the problem and the real problem was much bigger and more costly than I could afford. We walked through solutions together and came up something that was workable. Made a difficult situation manageable.

A vandal pulled out a 4-foot length of my windshield's weatherstripping. Duncan took the car in right away, spent about 15 minutes to restore it, and did not charge me. Definitely one of the good guys!

phone my regular mechanic who i have spent a lot of money with, i had a low tire, he could fit me in that day and i had to go to work the next day so i asked about the next morning and he said when next week. i am a senior, i expected more from him. anyways i went true Automotive. i also need a smoke test and my mechanic wanted to charge me 120.00 but True auto only charges 60.00, so i will be going there from now on.

Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment. Thanks again guys!
