Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.

awesome bunch of people - friendly and helpful - they replaced a broken section on a fly rod for me - 9 YEARS after the warranty had expired - i paid a whopping $10 for shipping - as opposed to the $75 I had to pay to have fly rod repaired under a life time warranty at another store (yes i am klutz - or at least the people around are) - guess where i do my business and where i do not

Haven’t lived in the Comox Valley long, but have been to the Treasure Shack twice and really loved it. Some items were a bit expensive, but lots of little goodies were priced just right. Found a beautiful hand painted chair for my daughter for only 10 dollars. Felt like a steal ?

Yesterday, my wife and I ordered two Cod Burgers with fries, at the drive through on Cliffe Ave. in Courtenay. We received our order okay but the receipt said only one order of fries and read $15.72. We paid $18.85. Was this an honest error by Kishan or something else? The burgers did taste good however.

I needed to replace the carpet.
I went to United flooring to see what they could offer ( Quality/Price )
I went there twice. I live about 45 KM from Courtenay.
While I was looked after somewhat as a customer I did not feel at home being there.
So I went to End of the roll and guess what I felt right at home there.
I bought what I needed and after some explanation by the employee I decided to add the kitchen to be done with the same material.
Her name was Ms Cyd. Very very helpful.
