In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

Have purchased 5 cars over 20 years with them for myself and family. Very reliable dealership with budget priced, all makes and models. Have certified and with full warranty for new immigrants and students as well. One car I purchased is a S Class and also an ML Benz, friend purchased a Mustang. I used thus service for a very tricky car removal from the second level of an underground parking lot at a condo in Richmond Hill. From the beginning Dave was courteous and respectful, he listed and understood what the situation was and explained a variety of scenarios that might happen. We set up a time to do the removal and his drivers were there when promised and ready to work. Peter and Bing used there years of combined experience to get the job completed is a safe efficient manner.
