I have been back several times and saved a bunch of cash.5☆☆☆☆☆ out of 5. sometimes you might have to wait a couple minutes but we'll worth the wait. The staff at the counter are knowledgeable and professional with a personal touch. What more could you want ! I would highly recommend this business for all your used auto parts needs. Matt’s Auto Service is the best!!! I was driving to Brockville when it started raining and my windshield wipers stopped working. It was quite scary to be on the 401 without being able to see very well! Matts took me in right away and had my wipers working within minutes after applying plenty of lubricant and using some elbow grease. It was amazing service and I was so relieved! Thank you so much!

The staff in parts were amazing. Although I was frustrated after having my brand new 2017 Ford in for the fourth time they made sure my needs were met without any problems. The ladies made sure my frustrations were turned into prompt efficient and above protocol service and the manager made sure to give me a free oil change for my troubles. Thank you Kim

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.
