Excellent and professional work done by the staff who installed the furnace, A/C and humidifier. Polar Air Systems were on top of all that was done and constantly kept in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. I was provided all the help and also answered all our questions, even provided the information needed to get the rebates, and the warranty. I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

I remember their friendliness last year when I bought a battery from them. This year I decided to buy the five remaining batteries for my golf cart and was totally blown away from the initial phone call to check stock to the excellent counter service from the chatty girls in the parts department. By the time I had the bill paid the man working there have the new batteries in my pick up and was unloading the old ones all that with a handshake and the best price I could find on batteries.
