I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Excellent service and staff. Each person is acknowledged as they come in the door treated with respect. Very efficient and considerate of your time. They still BOOK appointments. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated if not that day.... the next one. Thank you Jason and staff.

Had my windows installed around my 2nd floor and attic. They did a great job with all their measurements and installations. Had no problems or errors, thoroughly impressed with their work looks great!

Had to call for a service call Jerry came out and inspected the furnace our luck we need a new one. Jerry was very professional and very timely on the appointment going to make sure we can get him to do the install on the new one Great Customer Service!!!!

I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!

I went to see Dr. Wu for sore shoulder and neck muscles from driving lots. His diagnoses of pinched nerves and restricted blood vessels was bang on. He is very professional in his field of acupuncture with 30 years experience. I seen Dr. WU twice a week and experienced pain relief within a m. He did inform me that it may take longer depending on how my body responded to the needles. I am now pain free but continue to see him for maintenance twice a month as I love living without pain. Thank you
