Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. My computer was hacked this week and at the suggestion of a friend I turned to Derek of Bennett Consulting for help. He cleared appointments and set to work. There was a lot of damage and cleanup to do but he got the job done and at a reasonable price. Now I am comfortable using my computer and thank him so much for doing such a great job for me.

At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

Alex is very honest, reliable, and has YOUR best interest in mind!
He couldnt help me, because the part needed was out of stock... but he did something even better. He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it. And I was so, so thankful for that. He is a great guy - and I have sent many people there after who were very satisfied!!!
