Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . My experience at Turkeys downtown Nanaimo, was absolutely amazing.
First the customer service, the willingness and capability to work with what I needed was brilliant.
The arrangements were for a special event on a yacht and I was blown away.

I just searched on-line for my Jewelry store. I am so surprised that more comments are not here. I have shopped and bought from Sonny for 17 years. Being too frugal, at times, I have wasted my time searching elsewhere. When it is important and special, I always go to Sonny.
*As a side-bar; Sonny offered to help my friend who dabbles in Hobby Jewelry ... Who does that?

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone

I, along with 2 others have been visiting La Rosa on a weekly basis for nearly 2 years now. We thought of it as volunteering at first but we have benefited from those visits as much or maybe more than the residents. We chat, knit, sing and there is much laughter. It’s a wonderful, friendly environment and the staff are caring and kind. Without exception the clients we meet tell us that they love it there. I’m in my 70’s and I know where I’m going if I need assisted living!

Sumit was amazing to deal with at Fido in Woodgrove mall. I ended up buying a new iPhone XR but when I went home I had no service so ended up needing to return it two days later on Boxing Day. The mall was so busy but he still helped me return it and refunded everything. Overall amazing experience with him and would recommend dealing with him if you need anything. He totally still took the time and care even when helping me cancel services. Very professional and an awesome guy!

I was driving up island to catch a flight my brake caliper sized and these guys got me in right away sourced out a caliper and shoes and had it in my truck and back on the road in under 30 minutes so I could make my flight. Excellent,fast, and quality service. Highly recommend!
