We spent a fair amount of time shopping around for a new hot tub and eventually decided to purchase from LCL. I didn't buy my pool from North West but wish I had.
We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!
