PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!

Maureen was the name of the lady who assisted me, if I remember correctly. She was patient, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I had a lot of paperwork as a lot of changes to my banking due to a change in address. You were fabulous. Thank you, Maureen.

I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.

He aided us with buying and selling of homes, writing our wills, and working with my aged father when he was delegating power of attorney to his children. Yellow cab went above and beyond you can expect from customer services. My kids took a cab to school and left the lunch bag in the cab. My son call them but did not get much hope to recover it. However, a few weeks later, we found the lunch bag in our door step!! Imagine our surprise but not only they bring kit back to our door step, they also washed the containers for us!!!!

I have lived in a Mainstreet suite for 21 years now. There have been ups and downs for pest control, and security but overall my building is good. Maintenance fellow is awesome. The only "gripe" I have is snow removal. My building is configured to where the front door is off the parking lot, a ways from the sidewalk, and often the snow removal crew does not clear, at the very least, a pathway from the front door to the sidewalk. I'm s senior and this is dangerous for me

I live in Edson, Alberta and want to pass on the excellent service that was given to me at the Brick. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and as a direct response, I purchased a dryer! Delivery and product was also excellent!
