I had several very good experiences with this Transmission shop this past year ,including a clutch replacement, new brakes and lines, and a driveshaft on an old British sports car .Also a complex transmission job on a more modern 7 seater van .The staff are very friendly ,the work excellent and at a very reasonable cost .I would highly recommend Peterborough Transmission .

Jeremy is extremely trustworthy and honest. He would never do repairs on my car without firstly telling me what's wrong and secondly being honest about how much it will cost me. Quality work for a price that is way better than Canadian Tire or similar places.

Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! I have been bringing my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring back up to mechanical operating condition.
J D Tire, Daryl, Crystal, and son have been performing the required upgrades in a very professional manner.
They actually fix things where they can, rather than just replace the required part.
The upgrade is complete and included a new alternator, a new catalytic converter, back brakes including rotors and pads, and repaired front brakes and installed new pads, all for less than $1,700 dollars.
