I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. Currently I'm doing renovations around my house. Got a bit overwhelmed about the mess and decided to call Rid Of It. The guys are super nice and accommodating. My husband was away and I didnt really understood their pricing. So once they guys saw the pile they pretty much did a breakdown of the charges and explained why the heaviness affected the price. Derek and Garrison were fast and efficient.They even swept before leaving. Strongly recommend this company.
