I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda

I just moved to Edmonton and needed to get my carpet cleaned at the house I moved into. Both my real estate agent and home inspector recommended Steamxpress, so I opted to try them. I was very impressed with their service. Not only did they respond quickly to my website inquiry, but they called to confirm in advance of my appointment. After the cleaning was done, I received a call from the office to confirm everything went well and was asked a few survey questions. I liked that they took the time to make sure I was satisfied and asked my opinion about their service. All in all, great company and great service! I would highly recommend

I was very impressed with the staff, as they take their time looking after your wants and needs. There was no rush to finish up and pay. We hired Another Concrete Company to fix 600 sq ft of floor that had cracked and started to collapse from the weight of a previous tenants machinery. Jimmy Gregory came in and assessed the situation with his engineer, and his crew came in the next week to fix the floor according to the engineers specs for a structural floor.
Super happy with the final work, they came in on budget, floor looks great and the warehouse is now ready for lease. Will use again - highly recommended!
