I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. The lady was really helpful & not knowing what the day would bring, offered to call me next week & discuss appt. times. Later that day, Ali showed up & asked if today would be okay & it was. Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.

Great service from this company, I called them at 2:30 in the morning because my hot water tank was leaking all over the basement and the gentleman on the phone guided me through draining my tank so it would't cause any damage. Shortly after, a service plumber came out to replace the tank. Thanks for the great service.

Kelly arrived to install our new kitchen sink, as a part of a kitchen counter replacement. He was fast & efficient; sink looks great! We asked him to return to run a water line to our (relatively new) refrigerator: the ice maker had never been connected to a water supply. It was a complicated job, made more difficult by the lack of info in the Samsung installation manual! Done like dinner by Kelly;we know who we're going to call for plumbing services from now on!
