Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. I have taken both my vehicles to Leno, my Ford F150and my Lincoln MKX and have been totally impressed with the service as well as recommended service. If you want your vw fixed, then call this company. Otto knew what the problem was after spending more than $2000 at other places and gettting things done that were not the problem, I called Otto at Raybern motors, he got the car in and fixed it for hundreds of dollars less than anyone else quoted me. I was treated with respect and professionalism and was not given a peice of garbage work. He did the job thoroughly and did not send the car home until he felt it was fixed 100%. He was the first person I dealt with that knew what he was talking about. Not even VW itself could fix it properly, even after spending more than $2000 with them. I would trust him with my car anytime! thanks Otto, you are simply the best man for the job. I am happy that he did not simply look at my car for the money but for the passion of being a mechanic and doing a great job!

They did a wonderful job and were super honest. I came to here because I wish all businesses were much like them. They gave me a quote of 60-150 on a phone that I ran over and ended up charging me $60 even though they could have charged me $150 as I agreed to the price range. Love their honesty.

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.

Sears has awesome sales, and the best thing is, they are always on! I love Sears and their selection of jackets, sweaters and basic tees. My only concern with Sears is the lack of staff and open cashier tills. Its always a pain to wait in line for 20 mins to buy one towel.

Baljit and his staff did some major work on my 1995 Avalon)-front and rear exhaust manifolds, y-pipe, flex pipes and catalytic converter, valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, front strut assemblies replacement w/ wheel alignment. I was able to source all of the parts, which drastically reduced the parts price. C3s labor was significantly less than other mechanics - and their work amongst the best I have seen, allowing my Avalon (with just less than 400k) to remain on the road!!! Al

I love Adair Auto Repair. They always take such good care of my Mini. Whenever there is a problem they bring me in the back and show me. They will usually was my car for me ( as long as it's not freezing outside which I appreciate)
