Amazing staff, they make one feel like a wanted and important as opposed to feel like a burden like most places. West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

Stumbled upon this shop as i was looking for a place to get my car fixed. They were ICBC accredited and the staff was really nice and helpful so i decided to use them. No pain, leave the car take their courtesy car and got a call back within a week to pick up. Everything was fixed like brand new and car was back to 100%!
