not sure why there are negative comments about this company but personally had a great experience. everyone will say negative things. Who cares if they suggest there own shop and rental company its there job haha I'm sure if you guys owned a company you would do the same. and as for over charging or making up fees who cares that's why you have insurance!! the price you pay for insurance rates I would hope they would pay when the tables have turned. regardless they were professional and kind!! Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service. But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply. I highly recommend Zabi, who is absolutely amazing! He explained that my back knee actually originated from my overpronation. He takes the time to explains what he is doing. I have been to places in the past that push their products on you but Zabi did not push the grandma looking shoes in the clinic for me.
