The service from Mr Coverall was excellent from beginning to end. They were the best quote we got after getting 3. They set up a time to come within a few days. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly. We needed to have a group of three windows and frames replaced. M.R. windows came to give an estimate, when they said they would, and installed the finished product, with the frames painted, when they said they would. After removing the old set, the new set was installed with perfection. As well, they removed and reinstalled the weather stripping on our other windows.
