Kevin Goosen and his two tradesmen were extremely professional.
Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. The other two tradesmen who did the gas line and the plumbing did an outstanding job. I could tell that all three of them knew exactly how to do a job properly. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with Class A Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone.

OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly.
