Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place

I was looking to install shutters to one of the bedrooms in the house and I found Preferred Window Covering in yellowpages and I felt that these guys are professional and they have good quality shutters and I was right, they were so professional and their prices are reasonable so instead of doing one bedroom I did two bedrooms. I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!
