This clinic has very incompetent receptionist. First I got a call that I have an appointment on the day at 10:30am. I went to the clinic, then she says my appointment was Wednesday, and then says it is Friday. I was angry that I went there expecting my appointment as per the phone call I received and then she says it is not today. She did not even apologize and says it was not her...

I've been a patient with Dr.Jamieson since I was 12 years old. 20 years later and living 20 miles away and out of country I still make the long trip into Richmond to see Dr. J and his dental assistance's. I've been on provincial and federal dental plans as well as struggling as a a starving student on my own and my mom making payment plans. I will testify any day Dr.Jamieson and his staff helps you out your in good hands.

Erickson International has an elite coaching program. Their coaching curriculum is interactive and meets ICF standards. The facilitators are experienced, excellent and care about their student's success. There is a great deal of diversity in the classroom so you meet coaches from all over the world! I would recommend their programs to anyone who wants to develop and has the goal to help others.

I just love Dr. Westendorf. He has been very honest and caring with our pets. His staff his knowledgeable and very friendly.

Best dentist I have ever been to in my 40+ years. He is ultimately patient, and will take as much time as necessary. I have never had a dentist inject the freezing as slow as this one, but it makes it absolutely painless. I highly recommend this dentist!

We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.

I visited Hanin Dental Surrey in the past week. This dental office is located in Guildford in Guildford Place Strip Mall across from Guildford Town Centre. The staff that greeted me were very friendly. The office seems to cater to Korean families which I cam not but I felt welcome inside. The facility is modern, clean, and appeared technologically up to date. The dentist I met was knowledgeable and gave me good advice on some missing teeth I had. The hygienist was gentle - no pain!

Home Instead Senior Services was more than helpful! They provided amazing customer service, were friendly and very reasonably priced. I went to Kits Family Dental for my annual cleaning (yes I should go more often) and I was seen to right away. The lovely and friendly hygienist gave me the most thorough cleaning I have ever had and the dentist also gave me a complimentary scan to look for any oral cancers. It gave me great piece of mind to get the all clear. Overall, I was surprised at what a genuinely pleasant experience I had.

Dawson has a great attitude and he definitely goes the extra mile for his customers.
Before Dawson arrived, I was ready to go elsewhere. Several of the staff members that I interacted with acted like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. They seemed indifferent and unhappy.
Then Dawson arrived, and I could not believe the complete turnaround with the morale. All of a sudden, it seemed like staff members were happy and eager to please. I highly recommend Dawson and his staff.

Wow. Dr. Sharon Lord's new practice at Logan Creek Dental is fabulous. Staff are kind and welcoming. I'm scared of needles, but this one didn't even hurt! Dr. Lord uses a numbing paste beforehand and it really works! Her assistant, I think her name is Brenda, is very reassuring as well making the whole experience bearable! Thank you Logan Creek Dental.
