I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!

I do not where to start, this clinic does not only give the best service and care, it's way beyond so. Very knowledgeable staff and techs. They are doing an expansional job. Dr. Hany Naguib an amazing Vet, they way he treats the pets and their families as if it is his own. Gives you the best solution for the treatment, reasonable cost. never felt that there was any push for extra treatment unless it's really needed. Saved my dog's life twice :-)

I went to have a filling put in and my Ipod for my music had stopped working so the dentist told her assistant to get there Ipad and put Spotify on it so I could listen to music and be calmer during the procedure. How many dentists out there care that much about a patients comfort level. I will always remember there kindness that day. My dentist for as long as my teeth are in my head.

I've been to other physical therapists, and they are great, but none of them could solve my physical issue that was causing me a lot of pain. I came here and the PT knew how to accurately test and solve my physical issue, pain is gone now. The results speak for themselves. I drive all the way out to Wetaskiwin to see these guys.
Also the hours are incorrect on the website. I'm not sure what time they open in the morning, but I do know that they are open until 5 pm every week day.

Subway, everytime i place an order on subway i was not much satisfied by the customer service but this time i am fully satisfied by the amazing service provided to me by Bhupinder Singh at 1121 Windermere Subway location around 3 in the noon on Feb 25, 2018. He was really nice person and the order was consistently wrapped nicely and made clean and easy to eat by him. I liked his way of dealing with the customers and for surely will go there again. I couldn't disagree with Ricky more. Perhaps things have changed over the past three or so years, but all staff at this Recall are always courteous and the pharmacy staff especially are not only friendly but extremely knowledgable.
I've never had to wait an undue amount for a prescription to be filled, and I've never been treated less than exceptionally well.
(And no, I don't work there nor do I personally know anyone who does. It's simply a well-run business).
