Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. The staff was not only friendly, patient and accommodating, they were very competent and had great attitudes !! Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !!
