I had two tires changed by Tire Terminal at the end of February. $ months later, I noticed a slight vibration in my steering wheel. I called Tire Terminal, and at no charge, they checked all four tires for alignment. They identified the problem and suggested some remedies. This is the kind of service that builds my loyalty.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.

Make sure you go in first thing in the morning. It's first come, first served. When getting your winter tires put on... go no later then mid October. After that... the wait could be hours!!!

The dealership was very professional and maintained the excellent customer service after I received my qx60 .They took care of any issues that arose right away to ease my stress. Gyros is an awesome facility and their staff are amazing as well. I put my daughter here so that she could learn her required tumbling for cheerleading and have had nothing but success. There are a lot if kids in the gym but they all have space to move around and the class sizes are great. I would absolutley reccomend Gyros to anyone looking for tumbling.
