This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

Great service. I am really thankful to Dr. Omar Mirza. My wisdom tooth was bothering me from past 4 days and he pulled it out in less than 2mins after numbing the area. He was supper fast and I am so glad I went to him to fix it. I will recommend him for sure.

Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I found these guys on yp.ca, I strained my shoulder at the gym then made it worse at work.
They answered all my questions over the phone, then set up an appointment for a massage and Acupuncture treatment.
The next evening a Registered Massage therapist arrived at my front door, table in hand.
Educated me as to why my injury occurred, then suggested some exercises and stretches for me to do. He even went over them with me.
The whole experience was great!! I have a very busy schedule and the fact they came to me was a huge bonus.
I was even able to submit my invoice to my insurance for a full reimbursal.
I will defiantly be using IN YOUR HOME THERAPY again.

I have done iLipo at other clinics, and this is the best so far. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place, but if you're looking to be treated well and get superior service, this is a place to try. I got TWICE the amount of laser treatment here than other clinics in the area. One place put 2 lasers on one area, and 2 laser on another, for a total of 20 minutes. At Healthy Living Solutions you get all 4 lasers on each area for 20 minutes. More bang for your buck! I was always treated professionally and friendly. She is very fair, and will extend deals and dates to accommodate.
