I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

From the moment I walked in I was treated with genuine care and warmth. Although I had several eye exams in the last 20 years, this is the first time that I felt how every single little detail was addressed. Amazing staff, they make one feel like a wanted and important as opposed to feel like a burden like most places. They're such wonderful people and always willing to go out of their way, the whole staff, to help you. They offer many services with a smile. Sorry for being overly complimentative but I can't help it, it is all true.
