In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

He’s a very calm doctor—always reassuring me there’s no need to panic especially when I felt panic from my family doctor. My daughter is doing well now and we continue to see him every 2-3 months to make sure she’s still progressing well.
