I had my vehicle repaired at Zenetec Tiffin after it was rear-ended. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. When my vehicle was returned to me, the interior had been detailed. Also, my dealings with the staff, either by phone or email, were always quite pleasant. I would recommend Zenetec to any of my friends or family members who find themselves in a similar situation.

I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I'd use them again and actually will be in the near future.

I was impressed with the attention to detail Darren and his team gave to my vehicle. The repair not only exceeded my expectations, but was completed in a timely fashion. AV has done repairs to my car twice for damage from accidents, the first was to the back bumper and second front left fender. Both times the work was outstanding, the car looked like new. They even touched up some other minor damage to other areas complimentary. They really seem to know what they are doing, even for a high end car. Everybody working there was extremely professional, on point, and very friendly. I would go back here for future work without hesitation. Very nice waiting area too
