We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. We did all of the selections over the phone, emails and text. The team was very accommodating to our needs. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeline, service and price.

I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Customer service tends to be a thing of the past but not with this clinic. They treat you with respect and your pet as their own. The rates/fees are reasonable. They do not gouge you which is such a nice treat! You cant go wrong here. Dr. Jill Gordon is my pets vet..she takes the time to listen..really listen to you and answer your concerns. She even takes the time to listen to a story or two. She is a vet not for the money, but for the love of the animal. I strongly recommend them.
