Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

Went today for a vaccination at the Fort Street Shoppers and to buy some make up. The lady at the make up counter (blonde, European I think) is brilliant. She picked out exactly the right colour lipstick and foundation for me; I only realized just what good choices when I got home. Thank you!

The attention to detail and the client care provided by the Dave and his crew was excellent. So professional and friendly that it prompts this, my first ever review of a service. While needing asbestos removal is a giant pain they made it the best possible experience and left the site in a clean and safe condition. They adjusted the work scope as needed and kept me informed at every turn. I'd 100% use them again.

They treated our stuff with great respect, transporting everything from Vancouver to Victoria in top condition. Peter Mah and staff at Royal Oak are superb. Peter is extremely capable and, unlike most of the rest of the profession, is aware that aesthetics have a huge impact on people's self-esteem. Also surprisingly affordable, as they do the lab work in-house. The supporting staff are competent, patient, and understanding. I unreservedly recommend this clinic.
