I was not receiving emails and was unable to contact google to help me with this, and a nerdsonsite rep answered the phone right away and was able to guide me through solving this big problem for me. I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. I've checked around and prices appear to be comparable to other similar high quality service clinics in the area. Certainly would recommend treatments here.
