Bobs Driveline has installed engines, rebuilt drivetrains and dealt with electrical problems I have had. It has been at least 10 years and still my preferred shop for major ticket repairs. They do their best to see me right away, quickly assess the problem, then get me on my way. They back up their work and honour their warranties. I highly recommend Bob's Driveline. I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it.
I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else.

Dr. Schumacher is amazing.
He kept me from going on disability! I have severe arthritis in my left ankle. I need an injection every 6 months to keep it pain free. Thanks to covid-19 RCH is backed up 1 year on CT guided subtalar injections. Dr. Schumacher did it quickly and painlessly.
No more pain when I walk all day on my job. Thank you Doctor Schumacher !!

My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.
