I was looking for a great hair salon/barber when I moved back into the area after the summer and had changed styles. My friend, whom of which has amazing hair, pointed me towards Palazzo. I did not and still do not regret my decision. The service is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and they are all highly skilled in their trade. I would without a doubt recommend Palazzo to anyone who is looking for a new place to try out. I personally go to Hilary and would recommend her to everyone.

I was attended by Leslie; she wast GREAT!! I have been looking for a suitable hair dresser since I moved to Welland 10 years ago. I have often been charged a lot of money only to have a stylist ignore any request I made about styling. Leslie listened and performed in the most professional manner I have seen. I hadn’t had time to do anything with my hair for years. I was out one day and someone thought I was much older than I was. I knew I needed to do something. I didn’t have a salon so I decided to try Beat Hair. Right away I felt comfortable and welcome. Lucy listened to what I said and gave great suggestions! Barbara and Candace did such an amazing job, I couldn't have asked for anything more. They both created a look that was well beyond my expectations. Barbara came prepared with all the tools needed, was sweet, calming, professional and started and finished right on schedule! I was admiring a friend's hairstyle and she told me to go to Grottola's Salon and Spa. I am so glad I did. I love what they did with my hair. They are very knowledgeable about individual hair needs and they have products for every hair type. They know what hair style works for each individual and everyone I saw there getting their hair done, had such a flattering cut. Great service, nice people, and very nice welcoming environment. I highly recommend them.
