I had the rear windshield shatter on my Explorer. J amd D replaced it the next day. Fast and excellent personal service. Had an issue with the rear wiper afterward and they took care of it quickly. I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! This business was most kind to me. On Saturday last, my tire blew out on the highway and I drove to the service door a few minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. The service reps took my car in immediately and determined the problem. They got me back on the road with my spare tire in place and refused any payment. I was amazed! I am from a small town 2 hours away and needed the help and they refused any compensation. MacFarlane GMC is my hero! Thank you!

Mike , the owner and the rest of the crew are always polite, courteous , and willing to answer any questions. I cannot recommend them any more then I already do.!! Integrity , honesty... A1!!
