I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. They also gave me a list on future maintainence requirements with a cost so that I could budget for them. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for any repairs that you need. This is by far the best comprehensive auto repair shop i have underwent I initially started testing their service with an engine oil change of my 05 Impala and i was afforded critical information without charge plus a quality referral which saved me thousands in repair costs which other repair shops would recommend for a fee. These guys did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They also went above and beyond my expectations. It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. I found that very considerate and a big thumbs up to them. It really made me feel like they really cared about their customers. Thanks guys.
