I was so happy with the treatment I received from all the staff at Capilano Rehab Centre! I was getting treatment for a pretty significant back injury and I am so happy to be back to my regular activities again! Hopefully I don't get an injury again, but if I do I will know where to go!

After a couple of years of trying to find a stylist in the north end, I had given up the hope that I would ever get a haircut that would address my hair challenges. My search is over!!!I have just gotten home from my first appointment at Rock It Out Salon and I absolutely LOVE my hair, I am sooooooo happy.My appointment was with Amanda,who knows what she is doing and I have to mention the Receptionist, so friendly not phony friendly, genuinely friendly. I have used action moving and storage recently and have found their service to be top notch.
