Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. I love Dr. Khan. She is the most understanding and compassionate doctor I have ever met. She listens closely to you and takes action. She is at the top of her field and has been 100% accurate with all my issues. I have been her patient for about 20 years now. Bring a book to the waiting room because sometimes the wait is long because she gives each patient as much time as they need with her. I highly recommend her.

You're not a 5 star dealership because you sold someone a great car that they love. You're a 5 star dealership when you sell someone a car that has issues and you immediately fix them. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. The repair bill was nearly $1,000 and Seven Speed paid the whole bill. Trust these guys, they have your back!

Tony has a broad knowledge of the field and combines a variety of techniques and always seems to be able to provide just the right therapy for me either it be my lower back, arm, shoulder, neck pain, or headache.
