If you havent been, you should definitely visit this restaurant, and then visit it again and again. If you have a gluten allergy, the staff will do their best to suggest and accommodate you with menu items that are fresh and very satisfying. This is the first restaurant I have ever been to that makes gluten free soya sauce available to their diners upon request, and I have been to a lot of Japanese Chinese fusion restaurants. All the business I've brought to Fred's was out of pocket car upgrades so I did my research on quality of work and pricing and this place can't be beat. Went for my sons birthday, there was 7 of us - luckily they were able to seat us pretty fast (15 minutes) considering we had no reservation on a saturday night. Got the big momma, SO GOOD! food came surprisingly fast, my husband and I ordered the all you can eat ribs, our waitress refilled our ribs before we were even finished so they came out at the same time as we finished, all of our meals were delicious and then they 'birthday train' came and my son LOVED IT, the horns, the song, everything!
